Where is Black Talon Clothing based?

We are currently based in a small town surrounding the Cambridge area. Although we are a small company we work with many businesses across the country.

Where can i find out the product sizing information?

We supply a sizing guide for each of products which can be found on the product page alongside the product description. This will detail accurate measurements giving you the confidence knowing our product will fit.

I have some artwork that I think you would be interested in?

We love collaborating with all kinds of artists, designers, and creatives from all walks of life to bring truly unique products to a following built by the community. Can I stock Black Talon products in my shop?

We are always looking for new ways to grow and new places to feature our products so please drop us an email at if you would like to stock our gear.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

In 10 years we would like to be shipping across the entire globe, have our own tattoo shop / clothing store somewhere in the UK, be running events with our amazing community and continue to produce high quality products at fair prices.


How can I pay for my order?

We offer a range of payment methods from Visa, Mastercard debit / credit card, PayPal and you can now also use our latest buy now pay later scheme called Klarna, check the footer to learn more about how Klarna works.

How do I use a Gift Voucher at the checkout?

If you have purchased a Gift Voucher from the Black Talon Store you will be given a unique voucher code that can be entered in the Promo/Voucher code box at the checkout screen. This will redeem the value on the Gift Voucher automatically.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you have successfully purchased your order we aim to have it packed and shipped within 48 hours. All orders are shipped as a 2nd Class Signed for package which will be with you in 3-5 working business days.

All of our online exclusives are custom made to order therefore please allow 10-15 business days for production and further 2-3 days for shipping, you will recevie email updates as you order goes through out network to ensure you stay up to date.

How can I check the status of my order?

All orders are shipped as a 2nd Class Signed for package, therefore once the order has been shipped you will be sent a unique tracking number where you can keep up to date with the process of your delivery.

For our online exclusive items you will receive an email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order as it moves through our network.

Where do you ship to?

Currently we are only shipping nationwide across the United Kingdom and to a few countries in the EU, check our shipping policy for more details on shipping countries. As Black Talon continues to grow, we will push to ship internationally.


Returns and Exchanges

We strive to ensure that our customers are 100% happy with our top quality Black Talon products. If you are not then most items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Contact to request a return or exchange. Alternatively, you can use our returns portal on the returns policy page. All items must be unworn, in the same packaging as received and with tags still attached. We always request, for the security of our customers, that all returned items are sent back to via a tracked shipping method with your name and email address inside that package to speed up the returns process. As all of our jewellery is custom made to suit our customers requirements so sadly these are non-refundable items. Certain online exclusives are also none returnable however if you have an issue then do give us a shout and we will do our best to sort it out.
